Resumen

In our research we are looking forward to know how children acquire the second language in the school “La Joya Nicaraguense" and what are the difficulties and challenges
that students have when they are learning English language. We know that children can produce and they get easily any other language so in our research we want to know either
how easily or how difficult they learn or the level of difficulties students face or what could the reasons be why they can`t learn the language.

Many schools in Nicaragua have a lack of English teaching or maybe a lack of methodology in order to teach English well and in the school “La Joya Nicaraguense " is not an exception and we are paying attention to the class (class observation), by doing surveys, some interviews and the goal is to know how children learn and if the class is
attractive for them.

In this research also we are looking to know children needs as students and what are the failures that they have in the moment of learning a new language .The Research will show
that children are most able to pick up a second language at a young age, when their brains are specifically geared toward making sense of the world through language.

The ability to speak a second language is something that many adults wish they would acquire in their younger stages, when their brains were more willing to absorb new
information .Even though they are children they have the power to do so.
