Resumen
Everything is done with education, the more educated one, is the more proficient and competitive, He will be in this world. So right now whom no learnig no live, because education is the most powerful wapon to fight poverty.
The Nicaraguan educational system has many defficiencies,it does not allow students to have a good learnig process. One of the main problem is the large number of students in each classroom, to which teachers can not give individual attention , lack of good material ( books, dictionaries ,magazines etc) and those a few books that the teachers have, they are so old,but the main problem is the little
importance that ministry of education had been giving to abaut English learning , ,for example, in the public school ,English is taugh only in secundary schools and just three hours per week which enable students to get enough nowledge abaut English.
As we can observe our educational system has a lot of problems which cause many difficulties in developing the four main English skills.
However not all is bad , there are many good students in this school because many teachers are doing a good job working on these conditions.
This reseach is focused on some teaching defficiencies that affect negativily the developing of reading and speaking abilities in students of fifth years at the National Institute Robert Drew.
I wanted to study how these abilities are being taught and what are the main problems that cause difficulty to learn them.
And of course teachers methodology ,didactic materials, classroom activities and how they are related to the specific ability developing in the classroom.
And also how much time students dedicate to practice speaking and reading in the classroom
