Resumen

In the current curriculum reform , the MOE (Ministry of Education) of Nicaragua , aims to raise the quality of education in the country , guiding learning towards life , work and live together. It aims to break rote learning and behavioral paradigms to target new ways of learning and teaching , enhancing the intelligence , talents and interests of students , promoting autonomy , creativity, and changes in the way you act, think and relate to others. The teacher who educates you must create an attractive friendly atmosphere , and challenging to enable students to construct their own experiences and derive cognitive structures which enable a deeper understanding of reality : why I learn about the results of observations and research has allowed me to accumulate an informed know that alienate the teaching of the language of the simple prescription, the rote routine methods that prevent integration and student motivation to want to learn . The present work aims to conduct educational research to improve the quality ofteachers, which is of fundamental interest in the context of hight school education, since English has become crucial for various institutions and organizations at national and international level, that seek to generate connection solutions to improve the quality of the teaching-learning process.
